Would you like to study in the Netherlands with a scholarship? Then this post is for you!
The Holland Scholarship is meant for international students from non-EEA countries who want to pursue their studies in the Netherlands.
The scholarship is provided for the following programs:
Bachelor's programs
Master's programs
Scholarship amount
The scholarship amounts to €5,000 and is provided only in the first year of your studies. Note that some universities offer a higher amount of financial aid (€10.000 or €15.000).
Eligibility
Your nationality is non-EEA.
You apply for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
You meet the requirements of the university and the program you are applying for.
You do not have a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands.

Application procedure
First, you should apply for the program at the university of your choice.
It is sufficient to fill in the application form of some universities while applying.
Whereas some universities also require to submit a separate application for the scholarship program. In this case you should also write a motivation letter for the scholarship program.
Note: This scholarship is granted for the students who demonstrate high academic excellence and have proficiency in the English language.

The applications are open since 1 November 2021. Deadlines:
1 February 2022
1 May 2022
You can find out which of these deadlines are applicable on the universities' websites. Some universities have the deadline at the end of January or in May.
